3s is a small enterprise with specialized know-how in production automation and optimization. We bring together modern IT technologies for maximizing the utilization of existing technology. Our main working tasks for an optimization are the dynamic process simulation, multi goal optimization and adaptive control using computer intelligence methods. The resulting solutions as hard- and software tools can be included in ongoing process control systems. We specialize in developing knowledge based as well as predictive self adaptive control method that will help to realize a more efficient use of energy. To build the necessary database for the optimization we are experienced in accessing and collecting data from the sensors involved in the specific process. Our scopes of applications are waste water treatment, biogas production and energy production in biomass power stations.
