What we want to achieve Our mission is called Services for the eSociety: the use of the new opportunities for communication, interaction and participation, as well as their targeted and consistent application. This also includes the use of technologies and processes for achieving targets. In doing so, the positioning in the societal discourse is sustainably strengthened, the organization’s service-orientation is enhanced and the efficiency goals of the administration are successfully achieved. What we do ]init[ designs and implements individual client solutions for governments, public administration, business and NGOs. We rely on many years of expertise and comprehensive competencies in eGovernment and eBusiness. In the interests of our clients we are always searching for innovative solution paths and follow new technologies and trends. Our greatest strengths are administrative expertise, flexibility and the full-service approach: ]init[ is a one-stop shop for the whole spectrum of modern IT and digital communications – from the initial idea, advice and implementation to operation and further development. Who we are In 1995 ]init[ was founded by the chairman of the board, Dirk Stocksmeier, and Heinrich Buschermöhle. In 2014 more than 300 employees work in seven locations in Berlin, Cologne, Mainz, Munich, Abu Dhabi, Brussels and Delhi on tailor-made information and communication solutions for national and international governments and administrations, NGOs, as well as other protagonists in society. How we cooperate Day-to-day operations and the interaction of the employees with each other and with the environment of ]init[ are based upon a stable structure of values in the form of a mutual global concept developed by the employees.
