Litherm-TEK is a well-engineered, high effective air / gas conditioning system. It operates by using low temperature (waste) heat to dry (dehumidify) + cool + sterelize or alternative humidify + sterelize + heat in one process. The system offers - high efficient dehumidification and cooling at the same time 90% less primary energy consumption compared with conventional dew point dehumidification/cooling - No risk of contaminiation compared to conventional dew point dehumidification/cooling. You receive sterilized exhaust air according to VDI 6022. - Utilization of waste heat enables significant energy savings by reaching higher workload of existing thermal power stations.

Capacity (RE):

Litherm-TEK is modulare designed and comes in 20feet containers. The system is scalable between 10.000m³/h up to multiple 100.000m³/h air capacity.

Product standards:

Depending on customer requirements the system will be able to reach the following air conditions • dehumidifiyng down to 15 %rF (min. 1,0 g/kg water content) • cooling down to +7 0 C (additional cooling by external heat exchangers possible) • heating up to 50 0 C (additional heating by external heat exchangers possible) • humidifiyng up to 98 %rF Based on case of application we use different spray fluids for the process. The fluids will be constantly regenerated in a circle process by using heat or waste heat. All fluids used by FluCoS are efficient, reliable, sustainable and save for human and environment.
