The German Energy Efficiency Awards recognize outstanding achievements of German companies in the field of building performance in the US.

The initiative was created to highlight excellence in German energy efficiency innovation and offers the opportunity to showcase German technologies in front of industry specialists and potential customers.

Under the umbrella of "Energy Efficiency - Made in Germany", the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy invites all German companies with energy efficient building projects in the US to apply for this award. A prestigious jury of experts from leading companies, associations and research organizations will review applications and select five finalists based on innovative characteristics and achieved energy savings.

The finalists, participants and partners will also do a guided tour of one reference project and to the awards ceremony and networking event on June 26, 2019 in San Francisco.

American companies and industry experts are invited to join the jury.
