A fact-finding mission to Germany for company representatives and decision-makers from Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania will take place from 02-06 May, 2022.

The mission will enable you to gather first-hand information on energy efficiency in buildings “made in Germany” and to establish business contacts with German companies.

An opening seminar will be held on 02 May 2022 in Berlin. The event will provide insights into the current situation, trends and prospects for German energy solutions with regard to energy efficiency technologies for the building and construction sector. During the opening event, German experts and technology providers will be present and the East African delegation will have the opportunity for networking.
In the following days, on-site visits to reference projects and technology providers will provide the delegation with insights into best-practice technology applications and measures. The delegation will benefit from a comprehensive information and visitor programme designed to transfer knowledge and expertise on the latest developments for energy efficiency in buildings.
Representatives from East African public and private enterprises, construction companies, ministries, public authorities and energy associations who want to gain first-hand insights into German energy solutions are welcome to join the fact-finding-mission.
