Meet German companies

The networking event and information seminar will be held on 7 November 2023 in Berlin. The event provides insight into the current situation, trends and prospects for German energy solutions with regard to energy storage, sustainable mobility and green hydrogen. You have the chance to exchange knowledge with German experts and company representatives. On the following days, on-site visits to see best-practice technology applications and/or measures are planned for you in Berlin and the surrounding area.

You will benefit from a comprehensive information and visitor programme designed to foster the transfer of expertise.
Representatives from state-owned and private companies, grid operators, ministries, public authorities and energy associations who want to gain a first-hand insight into German energy solutions are welcome to join the fact-finding-mission.

Energy solutions made in Germany

By 2030, Germany wants to reduce emissions by 65% of 1990 levels and by 2040 reduction should reach 88%. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action has provided one billion euros in funding from the Energy and Climate Fund up until 2022 to establish Germany as a global leader in battery cell production under the European Battery Alliance. Since 2020 the national hydrogen strategy will supply 9 billion € in funding, 2 of which will be ready for international projects.
