An energy trade mission to Kenya and Ethiopia will take place from 15-18 June 2026. Up to eight German companies offering sustainable technologies and smart solutions in the field of grid infrastructure and grid integration can participate.  

The trade mission includes two Business Breakfasts (one in Nairobi and one in Addis Abeba) and individual business meetings.

The Business Breakfasts in Nairobi and Addis Abeba on June 15 and June 18 will showcase the expertise and the latest energy solutions from Germany, Kenya, and Ethiopia. These events provide a forum for networking, specialist talks, discussing current developments and the policy environment for smart energy solutions.  

If you are interested in cooperating with German companies that provide solutions for a resilient grid infrastructure and regional grid integration (including storage infrastructure) the AHK Services Eastern Africa Ltd. will organize individual business meetings at your request throughout the trade mission week.
