During the fourth Berlin Energy Transitions Dialogue on April 18th 2018 over 130 BETD-participants joined the networking event in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The guests had the opportunity to get information on innovative climate-friendly energy solutions made in Germany which drive the German energy transition, the “Energiewende”. In nine short pitches German company representatives presented their solutions ranging from alternative fuels, power-to-gas, virtual power plants, energy storage, energy management and innovative solar panels.
To discuss the more-specific topic of battery-powered fuels the dena (German Energy Agency) organised a short talk round with selected international and German representatives from politics and business. Afterwards the groups mixed together and enjoyed the exchange of information as well as concrete business contacts in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions.
