Upcoming trade fairs with German participation in Mexico and Kazakhstan
German pavilion at foreign trade fairs
Visit the German joint booth at The Green Expo - Clean Energy and Efficiency in Mexico-City (September 04-06) and at Kazakhstan International Powerexpo Almaty 2018 (October 23-25). There, you can meet German companies and learn about their latest developments in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency. Optimising thin-film PV for facades

It is currently difficult to use the shell of a building to generate energy. A project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) is trying to change this. The solution: copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar modules integrated into the building.

Developing sustainable solutions for the maritime industry

The international cruise industry is growing – and with it the amount of unused organic waste that is being discharged into the oceans. A research project is seeking to develop an innovative technology to make use of this organic waste to produce energy. The hygiene regulations in force, in particular, must be complied with.
