Over 260 guests joined the networking event in the atmospheric Vestibuel at the Ministry. Country representatives had the chance to pitch about energy solutions their country requires to accelerate the energy transition. In eleven two-minute pitches representatives from Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Greece, El Salvador, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, India, Madagascar, Russia and Ukraine presented their concrete issues regarding the energy transition. Habiba Ali from Nigerian Sosai Renewable Energies Company, whose message was presented in a video: “We need investment, we need mentorship, we need support.”

Afterwards, representatives of the German sustainable energy sector such as companies and energy agencies mingled with the international guests, who came both from the official and the private sector, and exchanged information as well as concrete business ideas in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions. As a company representative from Germany stated, the event was a great opportunity to gather new contacts and exchange ideas on possible business projects.
