Lack of energy efficiency and existing stock of outdated energy equipment is hindering the competitiveness of Cambodian export industries. The government is rolling out policies to promote adoption of energy saving technologies. By 2030, industry and commerce are to consume 20% less energy. German expertise can support this endeavor. The Project Development Programme (PDP) establishes contacts with German service partners and technology providers.
